How we handle water damage repair in Las Vegas

2We remove the wet materials
We take out the wet drywall, insulation, carpet and baseboards that can't be dried, so the framing and subfloor behind them can dry.

4We confirm it's dry before the rebuild

No, we don't do the construction. We get the structure ready for it: we find the source, remove the wet materials and dry the framing and subfloor until the moisture readings say they're dry. We're happy to talk with the contractor you choose.
Do you fix the leak?
No. We find where the water is coming from, and a plumber fixes the pipe or fixture. Once the source is stopped, we remove the water and start drying.
How do you know the walls are dry?
We take moisture readings in the walls, floors and framing, and we keep taking them while the drying runs. Materials that read dry are ready for your contractor, and anything that doesn't keeps drying.
Can I just paint over a water stain?
A stain often means water reached the drywall or insulation behind it. Painting over it can leave wet material in the wall, where mold can grow. We check behind the stain with moisture readings first.
