Our Story

A Las Vegas team you can reach at any hour

When something goes wrong at home, the first thing you want is a person on the line. Call us at any hour and someone answers, and when water is spreading we're on site in under an hour.

Once we're there, we look at the damage with you, take moisture readings and explain what we found before you decide on anything. The inspection and the estimate are free.

We take on jobs large and small, from a slow leak under a sink to a flooded house, and we work with all insurance companies to help you with the claim.

How a job runs with us, from the first call

  1. 1

    Tell us what happened

Water still running? Close the main shutoff valve if you can get to it. Then call or use the form, and tell us where the damage is and what it has reached.

  2. 2

    We inspect and explain

The inspection and the estimate are free. We look at the damage with you and explain the work it needs. Point out anything you've noticed, like a musty smell or a stain on the ceiling.

  3. 3

    Water out, structure dry

Water jobs start with an assessment, then extraction, structural drying and dehumidification. On a valley slab, water can spread under the flooring and wick up into the walls.

  4. 4

Mold and fire have their own steps

Mold can grow where water sat inside a wall or above a ceiling. After a fire, wait until the fire department says the building is safe before you go back in.

Our Values

What A-P-E-X looks like on a job

  1. Attentive

When water is coming in, we're on site in under an hour to stop it and start drying out your home or business.

  2. Positive

Along with the work, we give you advice on avoiding the next water or mold problem in your home or business.

  3. Empathetic

We walk you through each part of the job and answer the questions you have along the way.

  4. Extraordinary

A call about a burst pipe at night or on a holiday still reaches us, because we're open 24/7.

Licensing and Training

Our license, insurance and training

Ask before anyone starts

Before anyone works on your home or business, it is fair to ask about their license and insurance. The Nevada State Contractors Board lists every licensed contractor in a public search, ours included.

Asbestos work and training

Disturbing material that may contain asbestos can release fibers, so before demolition it should be tested and handled by a licensed abatement contractor. Our license covers asbestos abatement, and the supervisors on our asbestos jobs carry AHERA supervisor training.

Insurance claims

We work with your insurance company and bill them directly. We document everything fully, and your insurance company decides what your policy covers.

Ed and Jacob were both fantastic. Respectful, informative, and very quick! Apex finished the job much earlier than expected and it was very helpful for us. Highly reccomend them.

Jay and his team showed care and thoroughness in the performance of their job; all three of them were not only very professional but also courteous in dealing with me (Gerard) and my wife. All our pertinent questions in relation to the damage , being currently attended to, were satisfactory answered. If I’m allowed , I’ll rate them and their performance more than five (5) STARS!!!!
