Jay and his team showed care and thoroughness in the performance of their job; all three of them were not only very professional but also courteous in dealing with me (Gerard) and my wife. All our pertinent questions in relation to the damage , being currently attended to, were satisfactory answered. If I’m allowed , I’ll rate them and their performance more than five (5) STARS!!!!

Our Centennial Hills Water Damage Restoration Process
1Assess and plan
We track the water from its source to the farthest wet spot and set a drying plan with you. Many homes here have two stories, so a leak from an upstairs laundry or bathroom gets checked on both floors.
2Extract and set equipment
We clear standing water, cut out wet materials that can't be dried and set air movers, dehumidifiers and air scrubbers, all cleaned and decontaminated before they come in.
3Measure moisture daily
Each day we take readings and adjust the equipment. Moisture can stay trapped in framing and subfloor after the surface dries, and the daily readings are how we know it's gone, which keeps mold from starting. Most homes dry in 2 to 4 days.
4Wrap up and send the paperwork
After the final readings, we take the equipment out and review the drying records with you. We send the invoice and a detailed report with photos to you and your carrier, so the claim keeps moving without you in the middle.

We offer water damage restoration across Centennial Hills
We offer water damage restoration in Centennial Hills and surrounding areas, including Skye Canyon, Providence, Lone Mountain and the neighborhoods near Floyd Lamb Park at Tule Springs.
Many homes in the northwest valley are two-story builds on concrete slabs, so an upstairs leak can come down through a ceiling while a slab leak spreads under the flooring. Monsoon storms can also bring flash flooding to the washes in this part of the valley.
Zip codes we cover include 89131, 89143, 89149 and 89166.

Answers To Common Questions About Water Damage Restoration in Centennial Hills
Straight answers to what people ask us before they call.
How long until a crew gets to Centennial Hills?
We answer 24/7. When water is spreading, we're at your home in under an hour, and we look for the source first.
Are you full service, or just water extraction?
More than extraction. Along with extraction and drying, we remove damaged materials and handle mold remediation, fire damage restoration and asbestos and lead abatement. We don't do the construction after drying. We work with your plumber and your insurance company too.
Hillside runoff came into my garage in a monsoon storm. What happens first?
First we find where the water came in and how far it spread. Then we extract the standing water and set up air movers and dehumidifiers to dry the structure. Our flood cleanup includes water removal, drying and sanitation, and we're on site in under an hour.
Our house was built in the 2000s on a slab. How do you find water under the tile or in the walls?
On a slab, water can spread under tile and wick into the bottom of the walls before it shows. We take moisture readings across the floors and walls to find it, use them to guide the drying, and monitor humidity until the readings come back dry.
Are your technicians certified?
Yes. Our technicians hold IICRC certifications in water damage restoration and applied structural drying. We're also licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board as an asbestos abatement contractor, license 0091986, and we're bonded and insured.
