We find the source and map how far the water spread. In condos and apartments, that can mean checking the ceiling below or the wall shared with a neighbor before we set the drying plan.
2Water removal and drying setup
We extract the water, remove materials too wet to save and set dehumidifiers, air movers and air scrubbers. Each piece of equipment is decontaminated before it comes in.
3Daily moisture monitoring
