How We Do Water Damage Restoration In Las Vegas
1Walkthrough and plan
On the first visit we look at all the damage we can see, go over the drying plan and tell you what to expect. Water damage is like peeling an onion: we don't always know what is behind walls, cabinets or floors until we open them up. The inspection and the estimate are free.
2Water removal and drying setup
We remove the wet materials that can't be saved, clean the area and set our drying equipment: dehumidifiers, air movers, air scrubbers and floor drying systems. We clean and decontaminate every piece before it comes into your home. As we work, we record photos, videos and moisture readings for your insurance company.
3Daily moisture checks
We come back each day to take moisture readings and adjust the drying. Most homes dry in 2 to 4 days, and each visit takes less than an hour on most jobs.
4Sign-off and insurance billing
When everything is dry, we remove our equipment and go over the drying records with you. We send our invoice and a detailed report to you and your insurance company, and we ask your carrier to pay us directly.
